Refund /Cancellation Policy
Cancellations:
Orders may be cancelled at any time prior to the order is processed and shipped. Once the order is processed, it can no longer be cancelled. Timely cancellations will receive a full refund within 3-5 business days. This time may vary based on the method of payment and Wix processing times.
No Refunds/No Returns or Exchanges:
No refunds, returns or exchanges will be issued for orders that are already processed and shipped. Autographed books also cannot be returned or exchanged due to the custom autograph. Autographs are made for the specified customer so it cannot be returned or exchanged.
Damaged Products:
For products received in a damaged condition, customer must provide proof that the package is in its original packaging and that it was not damaged or altered by the customer. Upon receipt of this proof we will mail a new product to the customer at no charge to the customer. No exchanges will be made for products damaged by the customer. Please contact us at (340)642-6606.
